General Contracting Support
Kingsdown can support Owners who want to be more closely and actively involved in the building process. Kingsdown will assemble a team of qualified and licensed subcontractors or will coordinate directly with a Client's preferred builder.
Project Consulting
Kingsdown can help Clients navigate the building process from concept to completion. The degree of supervision is based on project size and complexity and the Client"s wishes.
Design, Drafting & Cost Estimation
Kingsdown will work with the Clients from design concept through Engineering,if required, to obtaining local and County Health, Zoning and Building Permits. Project estimating is also an available service.
